Step across the gangplank and into the bustling docks amidst cotton bales, lobster traps, nail kegs and fish netting. With a blast of the whistle, the mighty paddle wheels are put into motion as the River Boat pulls away from the dock. Reminiscent of the jaunty boats that toured the waters a hundred years ago, wander back to the days where Diamond Jim played his best hand for twenty pieces of gold. If lady Luck is with you, then step right up and try your hand at Black Jack, craps, roulette or wheel of fortune.you never know what may come your way. To get these feet tappin’ and fingers snappin’, a roving Dixieland Band serenades you with the Deep South’s best loved tunes while River Boat saloon girls, card sharks, flim-flam artists & good old performers from Vaudeville entertain you.

The scene opens with a large 14ft. highs castle, complete with towers, battlements, and drawbridge shrouded in the evening fog. Upon arrival the Royal Scribe records your name, for posterity’s sake, on the Court Charter and with a loud bravado, heralds your arrival to all within the court, accompanied by a flourish from the Royal trumpeters. As you step out of the roughhewn boards of the bridge, two stout men-at-arms snap to attention, uncross their lances and allow you to pass within.
