Medieval

The scene opens with a large 14ft. highs castle, complete with towers, battlements, and drawbridge shrouded in the evening fog. Upon arrival the Royal Scribe records your name, for posterity's sake, on the Court Charter and with a loud bravado, heralds your arrival to all within the court, accompanied by a flourish from the Royal trumpeters. As you step out of the roughhewn boards of the bridge, two stout men-at-arms snap to attention, uncross their lances and allow you to pass within.

Inside the castle courtyard, all is a bustle as preparations for the Royal Festival are drawing nigh completion. Jolly Jongleurs defy gravity, wondrous Wizards amaze and delight, and Royal swordsmen display soothsayers from both far and near are waiting to tell you of mystic happenings that come your way. Gaiety and laughter resound off the castle walls depicting drafty, dark dungeons and the main banquet hall where tables laden with Royal bounty groan under their weight. Wenches serving flagons of stout ale meander amongst the proudly displayed castle banners and silk pennants, while flickering shadows are cast by battleaxe candelabras.

Roaming minstrels serenade you to aid in soothing the soul after such a long journey from distant lands. Or perhaps you too, choose to don Royal robes and have your likeness taken by the Court Photographer, a most mysterious happening, but a small token to take with you for all to see. All is seemingly well within, whilst without a foul, 10ft. 3-Headed Dragon chuckles ominously from the depths of his dark and dismal lair, plotting revenge on the hapless merry makers.

Will the brave and good Royal axe man succeed in thwarting the evil beastie???? Attend the Royal Festival and find out!!!!
