Event Makers employs the Personal Profile System, a self-assessment tool that reveals a profile of the one's behavior. This tool helps each participant gain his/her own strengths and challenges and provides a framework for understanding the complexity of interpersonal and team dynamics. The profile is easily understood, provides immediate and clear feedback, and provides a common terminology for discussion in team development sessions, as well as the workplace.
