PART 1 – CREATE COMMERCIAL
All Event participants work for the XYZ Advertising Company. The company has been given a daunting task. They must design, create and shoot a TV Commercial for a fictitious client, (Us) in a very short amount of time. In order to increase the odds of success we have broken the company into sub Teams utilizing the diverse strengths of all Team members. Each sub-Team has 4 departments.

Each sub-Team will work on the same task simultaneously (Obviously with different and interesting results). Each department must work together in the time allotted to create a TV Commercial. Needless to say, lines of communication will be key! This Exercise is designed to be creative, challenging, informative and fun.

Objectives/Benefits of commercial design
Learn to “think out of the box” - Creative thinkers make better problem solvers.

Develop Team skills: (Trust, Communication)/develop Team spirit & camaraderie
Get to know each other on a different level and new situations
Discover hidden individual strengths and weaknesses

PART 2 – TAPING THE COMMERCIALS
Option 1: Teams perform completed commercials for the group as they are videotaped.

All Commercials are edited by us for presentation the following day over lunch.

PART 3 - COMMERCIAL VIDEO PRESENTATION

Our MC will open the session, moderate, and introduce each Team Captain, who will in turn
introduce their own Team’s Commercial, prior to viewing, during lunch. Teams will be instructed
how to vote (of course they may not vote for their own Team). Votes will be tallied and awards
presented for the Best Team Commercial

Team Food Challenge
TeamBuilding with Johnnie & Cocoa

Cocoa will greet your guests as they enter, while Johnnie walks the crowd entertaining the guests with a little one on one Jersey charm. After mingling, guests are put into Teams and lead to their table and become part of the fun as Johnnie and Cocoa explain the rules of the Game:

First Challenge: Each Team is given blank Aprons and Colored markers and told to come up with a Team Name and logo. The Most creative Apron design wins.

Second Challenge: You’ll never look at food or teambuilding quite the same, as Cocoa and Johnny keep the guests in stitches with comedy in our fast paced Food & Wine Trivia Challenge

Third Challenge: A head Chef will be designated for each Team and brought over to the Food Challenge Secret Ingredients Table (The Secret Ingredients Table will be stocked with all the necessary food Items to create their culinary masterpieces). Head Chefs will then be given 1 minute to bring back all necessary ingredients. The Challenge: Each team must come up with 4 different hors d’oeuvres/appetizers before time runs out! (Johnnie and Cocoa will judge and give points on taste, presentation, and creativity) All guess will of course enjoy all the hors d’oeuvres together.

Main Course Served

Fourth Challenge: Name the ingredients: The Challenge: Team members will sample different pieces of chocolate. They will be told to list as many of the ingredients as they can.

Final Challenge: Teams will design and decorate sheet cakes for the dessert course. (Johnnie and Cocoa will judge and give points on taste, presentation, and creativity) All guests will of course enjoy the decadent sweets.
Points will be tallied and one team will be named Food Challenge Champions and Team Prizes will be awarded.

Team Food Challenge A’ la Carte is an alternative option to our full Program. In this version the Host Facility will be providing the food ingredients, utensils, cooking stations, dedicated chef, etc. Guest will be preparing their own main course (With the option of also preparing Appetizers and a cake decorating portion) Johnnie and Cocoa will host and facilitate to the degree of your choosing.

ONE COURSE: Johnnie and Cocoa will meet and greet and entertain the guests as they enter. They will also host and facilitate the rest of the evening, commentating on all the culinary proceedings and act as judges for all the Food Tasting segments. (3 hours)

MISSION IMPROBABLE: The Espionage Game!

MISSION IMPROBABLE: The Espionage Game!

It's a secret world of corporate intrigue involving international spies, stolen formulas, covert deals, and undercover deception. Your group becomes part of the action, as foreign agents (our actors who move the scripted story along) vie for the opportunity to obtain a valuable new formula (software design) from an internationally recognized research scientist.

When the competition turns deadly, it's up to your group to help solve the murder, find the formula and expose the killer. Every individual from your group will be placed on a team, and each team will work together to solve the mystery.

During the course of the event, teams will have the opportunity to win bonus clues by answering a series of trivia questions (which can be tailored to relate to your group). Teams work against the clock and each other, finally putting their heads together to come up with a solution to the mystery.

You may wish to incorporate settings and foods from different countries for this event with an interactive theme.

CORPORATE IDOL

The audience is divided into Performance Teams and will be given a song and copy of the lyrics to memorize (they will also be given blank cue cards to fill out if they feel they will need help during the performance - or if they choose to change the lyrics for a little extra fun!)

Performance Teams will also be given a bag of costumes/props. They will be instructed to rehearse and choreograph a routine. Each Team will be given a designated time to go to one of the 2 -4 rehearsal Studios and practice their song with the instrumental music CD.

Once all Teams have rehearsed they will perform their number live on stage (with lights and effects!) for our 3 judges (2 Comedy Improv Actors and one “Guest Judge” from the Corporate Client) and hosted by our Professional MC. Our Judges will comment, score and then get feedback from the audience which will be calculated into the final score. (Acts are judged on originality creative use of costumes and team work)

The winning Group is announced and Team Prizes are awarded!
Digital pictures of all the Acts are taken while performing and e-mailed to the client the next day. (Some groups have opted for is to have the event video taped)

A MURDEROUS AFFAIR

An old-fashioned whodunit your guests are sure to love!

Your group will assist the Detective as he tries to figure out who killed Industrial Tycoon, Frederick Farnsworth.

Along the way you will unravel a twisting mystery plot that involves, among other things, a disgruntled employee, a jealous Playboy, a surprisingly happy widow, an unsavory Gangster, and yes - even a suspicious Butler!

Each table becomes a CSI team and will have the opportunity to win clues by answering fun trivia questions.

Selected audience members will become Guest Snitches and Suspects in a side-splitting Comedy Mystery which will keep everyone guessing until the very end!

TEAM HUNTOPOLY

Destination: Atlantic City

All of the Hunt participants will be greeted by our Hunt Host at a pre- determined location, near the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. We will do a fun exercise to divide the group into Teams (if you have not already designated Teams), and then give each Team their Hunt List, Polaroid Cameras, Film, a little Huntopoly Money, and a time limit, and then send them off on the Hunt of a lifetime!

Along the way they will be able to attain bonus points with wacky Team Photo Ops and with nutty challenges, buy given out by our roving Character Actors.
The Hunt will be customized for the Huntopoly theme. A truly different kind of fun Team Bonding experience that keeps everyone moving and laughing together in friendly competition developing great team spirit, than this is it!
